CHARLESTON, W.Va - On Thursday, October 6, First Lady Joanne Jaeger Tomblin will read the book Llama Llama Red Pajama to kindergarten students at Westside Elementary School as part of Jumpstart's Read for the Record Campaign, joining children and adults across the country in a record-breaking reading celebration.
